1.1. The present terms are applicable for all legal relations arising between all persons and run by Eesti Disainerite Liit MTÜ, reg. code  80010350, Estonia puiestee 9, Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as Estonian Design House e-shop), as a result of purchasing the products from Estonian Design House e-shop.

1.2. In addition to the present terms, the legal relations arising as a result of purchasing the products from Estonian Design House e-shop are regulated by applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.

1.3. In order to provide the best and most secure service and for the benefit of Estonian Design House e-shop development, Eesti Disainerite Liit MTÜ has the right to amend and supplement the present terms as well as Estonian Design House price list. All terms and pricing changes will be published online on website. Terms and pricing changes come into effect immediately after their publication on website. Should the order be placed before the terms change have occured, the legal relations between the client and Estonian Design House are to be regulated according to the conditions which were in force at the time of placing the order, unless provided otherwise by law or the present terms.

2.1. All the prices are reflected in Euros. While discount campaigns, both the new and old price are visible.

Euronics e-shop price list is valid for timely paid invoices according to section 4 of the present terms.

2.2  All prices include Value Added Tax (20%).

2.3. The delivery price is automatically added, provided that the order is meant for one delivery address. In order the customer wants to get the goods to different addresses, the customer has to make the orders separately. No delivery price is added, if the customer picks up the goods from the showroom himself/herself.

2.4. Estonian Design House will keep the right to change the prices. If the customer placed an order before the new price was published, (s)he will get the goods with the price, that was in force while placing the order.

3.1. Estonian Design House does everything they could to reflect the right stock information. In case the product is not in the stock, the customer can choose if (s)he wants the money back or chooses some other product in the same value.

3.2. Estonian Design House does everything they could to use only pictures, that reflect the real product as it is in reality. Sometimes (for example product made of recycled materials) the product can be slightly different than in the Picture.   3.3. Estonian Design House does everything they could to offer exhaustive information, so the product information is often updated. If the product information is not exhaustive, the customer can ask the questionas at

3.4 All the products that are on the web-shop, are not available in the showroom. To make sure, your product is available in the showroom, please contact us at

4.1. When placing an order, the customer can choose the method of payment: bank transfer or EveryPay online payment. The customer has to pay 100% of the order to confirm the order placement.

5.1. Estonian Design House has the responsibility to inform the customer of the extension of the delivery time as soon as possible, after receiving the information from the Designer or the postal service.

5.2. There are 2 options how to receive the goods:

5.2.1. The customer picks up the goods on the prearranged time in the showroom (Estonia puiestee 9, Tallinn, Estonia). No delivery price will be added.

5.2.2. The order will be delivered by the postal service.  If the customer do not take out the goods in the regulated time periood, the order will be returned to Estonian Design House. In that case, the customer has to compensate the costs for Estonian Design House.

5.3. The delivered order should arrive in the perfect condition and in closed package. If the package or the product has been damaged during the delivery, please inform the Estonian Design House about it at:

5.4. The delivery is considered as finished, when the goods arrive to the post Office or the customer has picked up the order from the showroom.

5.5. Entering detailed and right information when placing the order, avoids obstacles and delays in delivery. Estonian Design House and the postal service are not responsible for the delays and misunderstandings if the problem is caused by the wrong or inaccurate information given by the customer.

6.1. After receiving the product you have the right to familiarize yourself with it during 14 days time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it in 14 days time by sending a corresponding message at (receipt nr; date; name and bank account nr) and by bringing it to the showroom of Estonian Design House.

6.2 The returned product has to be unused and in the original package. ’

6.3 The corresbonding masseage has to include the order number and the bank account where the customer wants to receive the compensation.

6.4. The shipping costs of the returning will be compensated by the customer.

6.5. Eesti Disainerite Liit MTÜ will return the money, if the product is damaged when arrived or is not the ordered product (in wrong color or size). The customer has to inform the seller in two months from when understanding the mistake.

6.6.  Should the returned product have a signs of depreciation, Estonian Design House has the right to refuse accepting the product or make an arrangement concerning the amount of compensation for the depreciated product. To settle the payments Estonian Design House will send a deduction application to the customer’s e-mail address specified in the order. Should the customer not agree with the amount of deduction, he or she has the right to involve an independent expert to determine the amount of product’s depreciation. The cost of expertise is split equally between the customer and Estonian Design House, unless one of the parties has claims, which are obviously unreasonable. In this case the cost of expertise is to be borne by the party, whose claim is obviously unreasonanable.

6.7. If the customer loses interest in the order because of the long delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped.

6.8. Estonian Design House has the right to cancel the order, if the ordered products are not available in the stock and the customer does not accept any alternative products in the same value.

7.1. Estonian Design House is responsible for all inconsistencies and defects, which appear in 2 years time (for physical persons) / in 1 year time (for legal persons), starting from the moment of product acceptance.

7.2. Should the product not meeting the requirements, the customer has to inform Estonian Design House about the problem at and submit following information: name and contact information, the problem of the product (description of the defect, photos if possible), order number. The pretension has to be sent not later than 2 month after discovering the defect. When the complaint is sent later, the customer loses the right to demand the free repairment of the product.

7.3. After receiving the pretensioon, Estonian Design House has to so send an written reply in 14 days.

7.4. If the defect is technological, the customer can demand replacement or repairment..

7.5. When replacing a product, Estonian Design House has the right to demand the returnment of the defective product.  Estonian Design House will cover the expenses of replacement or repairment. If the customer demands justly the repairment of the product and Estonian Design House do not offer it in reasonable time periood, the customer can lett o repair it themselves and demand the compesation of the costs (the customer has to prove the costs with a receipt.

7.6. Demanding for returnment of the money is possible only, if the replacement and repairment is not possible or Estonian Design House unjustifiably refuses to replace or repair the product or does not offer them in reasonable time and causes unreasonable inconveniences.

7.7. Estonian Design House is not responsible for:

a) Damage or degradation of the product caused by the client or the third party.
b) Defects caused by inappropriate use of the product.
c) Normal physical wearing caused by the normal usage.

8.1. Estonian Design House and the customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts.

8.2. Estonian Design House is not responsible for the damage incurred to the customer as well as product delivery delays, should such damage or delivery delay be caused by circumstances beyond Estonian Design House control, and occurrence whereof Estonian Design House did not foresee and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).

8.3. Estonian Design House do not compensate any mõral damage, that can be caused by changing delivery time, prices or any other conditions.

8.4. Estonian Design House do not compensate any costs, that have been caused by the fact, that the customer has taken obligations to third parties.

9.1. The product info is checked and updated on a regular basis. The info could have been changed since your last visit. On rare occasions manufacturers’ web pages include inexact data, which may be accidentally transferred to product data page. In this case Estonian Design House e-shop cannot be held responsible for product data errors.

9.2. We reserve the right to cancel an order with incorrect data, such as typing errors, technical problems or mass ordering. In case of an obvious price error Estonian Design House e-shop may allude to an error. Namely, if there has been an obvious mistake, the customer should realize the error (for instance, if the product that costs €1000 is for sale at €100). All the advertised products can only be ordered 1 item per client. The ‘limited amount’ or similarly marked products can be ordered only 1 item per client.

9.3 Estonian Design House do not take responsibility for the errors of the postal service (the order delays, gets stuck in the toll etc.).

9.4 All the personal data, submitted by the customer while visiting and effecting purchases in Estonian Design House e-shop are conseidered confidential. A protected data transnission channel with the bank guarantees the security of personal data and bank transactions. Estonian Design Housee-shop has no access to these data.

9.5. Product price and stock status can change with no prior notice.

9.6. All matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.

9.7. Disputes emerged due to ordering and purchasing of the goods via Estonian Design House online store between You and Eesti Disainerite Liit MTÜ are being settled by negotiation. In case if the agreement was not reached You have the right to apply to protect Your rights via Consumer Protection Board to Commission on Consumer Complaints or to Tallinn City Court. The consumer may file a complaint independently or by proxy. At the resolution of disputes the existing legislation of The Republic of Estonia is being taken into account.
